whats next? Christmas!

here's a little taste of christmas at the crosby's
we wanted to make a gumdrop wreath, but a high and low search of the entire island revealed that there are no gumdrops to be found. So we used those gummi bell thingys:
It lasted for about three minutes before kids came flocking to eat of it's delicious gumminess. It hung right on our closet door next to the "hawaiian" stockings I so lovingly made last year. The first home for it was on the nail of one of the stockings, but it was getting consumed at an alarming rate and so it had to be moved.

our graham cracker houses:

christmas eve ( the pj present)

sporting them:
right before bed, with the cookies all laid out

She said I hope santa leavees me just one cookie!
And he did, as you can see by the plate next to her on Christmas morning. Good ol Snata Claus
Kaiya gots lots of fun stuff from everyone including an asesome play kitchen which she uses to make us dinner many times a day, and a crochet blanket from gg and a baby blanket to match with a baby and bottles.
She immediatley put it in her baby brothers "crib" that we got at a garage sale for ten bucks a few days before.

and here's a good shot of the crib. Cute no? We have plans for it which involve sanding and painting.
it should be fun.

Liko--it's actually like a rocking bassinet. Not really a crib at all, so it won't last more than six months. But it's so cute I had to get it.
